Awesome place with a great selection and quality service! Sales reps are all real nice and the store is a beautiful place to shop. Store has a fantastic selection of boots and apparel too. Don’t do what I did and drive by it though. It’s connected to Escalante’s and it’s tough to see the sign when driving by. Highly recommend!

* Update: Don’t buy these trash boots! Ruined on the second wear and the store could not have cared less. Took them off using a good quality bootjack that I have used hundreds of times on other boots that I own and the caiman skin on the heel tore. Be warned that is less than paper thin. The heel of every boot I’ve ever owned is a little tougher than the sides because of the wear factor. Not this pair! I will never ever buy another pair of Lucchese boots. Sometimes when you buy a luxury product the experience can leave you feeling a little disappointed. That was not the case at the Lucchese store on Westheimer, in Highland Village. The sales person was extremely friendly and helpful. He spent over an hour with me, one on one, trying on different pairs of boots until I found just the right boot for me. I couldn’t be happier with my new boots and the experience of buying them. I highly recommend stopping in if you are looking for a great boot buying experience.

My husband bought a pair of 12 EE black alligator skin boots made in the USA and they were $995. They were beautiful, fit well, and wore in nicely. I liked them, so I bought a second (different) pair for work for $495. They also fit well, the size again worked, unfortunately the sole wore out in just three months. I didn’t call and complain, but rather, ordered a pair of Caiman hornback work boots $745 (they make these in Mexico) again in the same size. Immediately, I could tell the sizing was “off” on the left boot. My foot hurt and blistered. I used a boot stretcher to no avail, and the boot never “wore in”. Even the top of the boot looked more narrow. It was obvious to me that it was sewn too narrow. They made a mistake on the fit of this one boot (out of the now six boots I owned). Today, I could take the pain no more… and called Customer Service to see if they could exchange or fix that one boot. I have a $700 pair of boots that I can’t wear. I was incredibly shocked and disappointed that their response was “my manager said that once a person has touched it, we can not take it back and we can not do anything to help you.” After repeatedly assuring her, that I did not want a new pair, but simply to have my new purchase fixed so that it was wearable. And also informing her that I have spent $3000 on boots from them in the last two years, and would not be able to spend another cent with them if this was their customer service. After which she replied, “there’s nothing we can do for you. Thank you for calling. Have a nice day. “ and hung up. 👎🏻 Be warned… the boots are nice, but it’s best to go with a company that stands behind their product and their customers. Both of which, Lucchese does NOT do. If you have any issues with your expensive purchase, you will be stuck with your bad pair of boots.

Warmly welcomed as soon as I walked in even though I was dressed down. The sales team was very helpful and knowledgeable. They even offered me a drink which was very kind of them. They have a large in store selection of men's and women's items. I cannot think of a bad word to say as per the store. The only downside is that it's in a very high traffic area which I suggest you go right before open or close so you can get a parking spot. They are not the only store that has this issue it's just that area. The next time I get the need for a new pair of boots I will gladly return to this location despite the traffic and parking situation. I would like to let the upper management that the sales staff did an excellent job and deserves to be recognized. Thank you again and until next time 🙏

Extremely disappointed with the service. The store looks clean, nice layout and stunning products but the service was the most horrendous service I’ve received from any upmarket store. I drove half hour specifically to buy a pair of the black cherry boots, I turned up in shorts and a tee because it’s over 100 today and literally nobody wanted to say hi or talk to me. I spent 20 minutes finding additional items like a club cover I wanted to get, a cap, some conditioner and was eyeing off a second pair of boots in shark. I walked the store front to back twice! Still not so much as “can I help you” or l”let me know if your like to try something”… these staff need retraining or better management to lead by example. It’s appalling that staff have such disregard for the customers entering and do not care for the brands standards. Absolutely appalling, I left with nothing, no product and no interaction as staff were busy chatting amongst themselves and turning away when I walked past to avoid doing work or because they were judgmental. I’ve purchased 4 pairs (2 for me and 2 for my gf) from Tecovas this week and I might as well get the black cherry Nile Croc from them instead from the rice village store. At least they have customer service standards and leave you shopping with an experience. Shop at another location if you want these boots. I’ll try once more at another location otherwise I’ll stick solely to other brands.

The store looks great and they have a pretty big assortment of men's and women's boots on display. Unfortunately they don't have a lot of sizes in stock for one to try, or maybe I was unlucky and picked all the pairs they didn't have my size in. Service was slow, but this was probably due to a lack of enough staff to handle the influx of people. I've been to bespoke stores where I've felt a lot more taken care of than here. I've had better service and experience at the Lucchese store at Allen's in Austin. Didn't feel as premium as I thought it should have.
